Retro vintage 1990s air heater and fan 2-in-1. The plate at the back reads that it was made in 1990 in Soviet Union. The model is called “Климат”, meaning Climate.
Apart from being useful, this would make a perfect decoraton for a vintage restaurant/bar.
You can regulate the temperature and the intensity with switches.
Aluminium legs with plastica caps for protecting the furniture. One plastic bulb holder.
